Dance Camp New Jersey at the North American Championships

Registration/Prices

A $50 non-refundable deposit will secure your reservation. The balance is due April 25th, 2008.

VIP Package:
$799 Per Person Double Occupancy (sharing a room with another package holder)
$999 Single Occupancy

Hotel arrival on Wednesday and departure on Sunday (3 days & 4 nights).
3 1/2 days of classes including Basics & Variations, Technique & Muscular Exercises, Styling & Artistic Impressions, a Latin Light Aerobic Warm Up and more.
North American Season Pass. Enjoy a fabulous weekend of watching top amateurs and professionals competing at the North American Dancesport Championships. (This includes day and evening sessions, Thursday thru Sunday).

Non - Package Items:

Without Hotel Room - $480 p/p (includes North American Season Pass and all group classes).
One day classes for locals - $195 p/p (subject to availability).
Additional Hotel Nights for Early Arrivals and Late Departures - $159 tax included

Cancellation Policy:

The balance for the New Jersey Dance Camp is due in full no later than April 25th, 2008.

If we do not receive your balance prior to or on the date of April 25th, 2008, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without notice. The $50 deposit is non-refundable.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation before May 15th, we can convert your payment, less $100, to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after May 15th but before May 31st, we will retain 25% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

If you have paid your balance (partial or in full) and wish to cancel your reservation after May 31st but before June 13th, we will retain 50% of the total paid plus a $100 cancellation fee and convert the remainder to a non-refundable credit that you can apply toward any Dance Vision product, or future camp, for up to one full year.

Due to our commitments with the hotel in regards to room nights and food and beverage minimums, cancellations after June 13th will not be eligible for a refund or credit of any kind.
