Marianne Nicole
Marianne Nicole is a former Champion in three styles of competitive dancing. Marianne is also a former examiner for the Fred Astaire Dance Studio organization, and currently a National Examiner for the DVIDA Organization. Some of her titles include; United States Rising Star American Style Champion, Undefeated United States Theatre Arts Champion, North American International Latin Champion, Canadian Theatre Arts Champion, Undefeated Fred Astaire American Style Champion, Undefeated Fred Astaire Theatrical Champion, Undefeated Fred Astaire International Latin Champion, World Latin Representative. She is a World Class Adjudicator & Coach, and Co Organizer of the Capital Dancesport Championships.

  • Max Kozhevnikov
    Maxim Kozhevnikov and his dance partner Yulia Zagoruychenkotook the U.S. and the Professional World Ballroom Dancing community by storm. They either placed or placed highly in every competition they entered since they came to live in the United States. In 2002, Max and Yulia became grand finalists in all prestigious world competitions including Blackpool, U.K. and international championships. In 2005 they began winning major titles all over the world, including WDC World Professional South American ShowDance Championship in 2005 in Italy and 2006 in Moscow, and were also World Finalists at Blackpool and other International Championships. They ranked forth place as a Professional Latin couple in the world ranking awards WDC held in Japan in 2007. When it comes to South American Showdance, it is evident that Max and Yulia were an unbeatable force in the U.S. Max has retired from competition and is currently coaching.

    Alain Doucet & Anik Joilcoeur

    The World championship consists of event in ten dances. There are two different categories. The Standard dances are the following: waltz, tango, fox trot, viennese waltz and quickstep. The Latin dances are the following: cha-cha, rumba, samba, paso doble and jive.

    Alain and Anik had a lot of success as Canadian representatives at the world 10 dance, placing among the best three couples since 1995. Their devotion in dance- sport brought them to achieve their goals and become world champions. For the first time in the Canadian history, a Canadian couple is crown World Champion.

    Jean-Marc & his partner France Mousseau began dancing together when they were both 14 years old. By 24, they were married – and winning every title in sight. During their 21-year competitive career, Jean-Marc and France established themselves as one of the best ballroom and Latin dance couples in the world – and one of the most entertaining. Fans of the PBS show Championship Ballroom Dancing looked forward to seeing this French-Canadian couple with their innovative choreography. Along the way, they won such titles as 10 times undefeated Canadian Latin Champions, 4-times undefeated North American Champions, and 2-time Asian-Pacific Champions, as well as finishing in third place in the World 10-dance Champions.
